LinkedIn reports top companies to work with in Singapore in 2024

LinkedIn has released the list of the best companies for 2024, highlighting the top 15 working sectors for career growth in Singapore. Financial firms lead the ranking, highlighting the sector’s focus on employee experience and adaptability in integrating artificial intelligence.
LinkedIn’s evaluation criteria were based on key principles such as career opportunities, skill development, company stability and gender diversity.
DBS Bank took first place for the second year, beating out its rivals such as OCBC and HSBC. The healthcare, pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors are also highlighted. Five companies from these sectors rank at the top, up from two on last year’s list.
Notably, only six companies maintained their positions compared to the previous year.
Financial institutions dominate the rankings, with Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management, automation and sustainability, making a notable addition by securing the second position. This diversifies the top spots beyond the financial sector.

Only companies with more than 500 employees in Singapore by the end of 2023 and a stable workforce were included.
Staffing agencies, educational institutions, government agencies and LinkedIn’s own parent company, Microsoft, were not included in the rankings.
